The Shellharbour 5 is one of our large family size homes. It has the same design features as the Shellharbour 3 and 4 but with a fifth bedroom and TV/playroom area separate from the main living areas of the house. This design is well suited to the family with teenagers who need a little more of their own space. There is also the option to change the TV/Playroom into the sixth bedroom. We have kept the wide formal entry and separate lounge as in the Shellharbour 3 and 4 but have moved the kitchen to a central position turning it into a large galley style with plenty of room at the servery bench. The large windows and the double sliding glass doors open to a larger outdoor uncovered deck area. Most rooms are a little larger than the 3 and 4 bedroom designs. Plenty of storage.

         Aluminium sliding windows and doors with screens as per plan

         Colorbond roof sheeting, capping, flashings, fascia, gutters and downpipes

         50mm Anticon blanket to roof and verandah. Ametalin thermal break wrap to external walls

         Hardies Newport cladding with accessories (alternative Hardies or Colorbond claddings POA)

         Double entry door from Hume Vaucluse range or similar. Plain solid core doors to garage and laundry

         Gainsborough Tri-lock Contemporary lever to entry (1 only) and Bela Levers to garage and laundry

         All required fixings for materials supplied, screw gun and construction manual

         Plans for submission to Council

         Transport to site to be priced as an extra (access for semi trailer is required)
